Alurish Dispatch privacy policy

Alurish Dispatch stores merchant configuration and Shopify authentication sessions required to operate the service. Dispatch settings are stored as app data within Shopify. The app does not request customer, order, or payment data and does not sell personal information.

Information processed

We process the shop domain, installation credentials, granted scopes, store timezone, and settings entered by the merchant. Authentication credentials are used only to provide the app.

Retention and deletion

Authentication sessions are removed after uninstall or when Shopify sends an applicable deletion request. Shopify-hosted app data follows Shopify’s platform retention and deletion processes.
